Cancellations, Return, and Refused Shipment Policy
Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation of an order will only be acceptable within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation after 24 hours falls under the Return Policy.

Return Policy
- Returned product must be in original condition to qualify for a refund.
- All custom orders and discounted products are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE REFUNDED.
- Products must be received by Aaron’s Fine Rug Gallery within 21 days of invoice date for credit of product’s invoice amount minus 10% Restocking fee. Customer is responsible for round trip freight/shipping charges. If deemed eligible, refunds will be processed using the same form of payment used to purchase the item after 5-15 business days.
- Products returned within 22-35 days of invoice date will be credited rug’s invoice amount minus 30% Restocking fee. Customer is responsible for round trip freight/shipping charges.
- No returns accepted after 35 days past invoice date.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be returned without penalty. Perceived color inaccuracies and/or size discrepancies of +/- 3” of actual size do not deem a product defective. Upon notification to Aaron’s Fine Rug Gallery, customer must ship rug back at own cost and mark defects clearly on the product in a non-damaging manner. If product is deemed defective, damaged, or incorrect, customer will be issued credit on cost of the product plus freight/shipping charges charged or in the case of orders provided Free Shipping, freight/shipping charges appropriate to the size of the product.
- Products damaged due to transit are excluded from all Restocking Fees if transit damage is deemed at fault. If a package and product receive damage during transit, all damage should be noted with the carrier and if possible, the package should be refused. Any suspected transit damage should be photographed prior to opening the package if possible. Aaron’s Fine Rug Gallery should be notified as soon as possible with photographs of the received state of the product.
Refused Shipment Policy
- In case of refused shipments, for any reason other than damage in transit which must be noted to the shipper as reason for refusal, or incomplete delivery where Aaron’s Fine Rug Gallery is not at fault, customer will be refunded after the deduction of shipping charges and applicable restocking fees from the order amount.
