Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our downtown Fort Wayne Gallery (1217 Broadway, Fort Wayne, IN 46802). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Most items arrive within one week.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-5:30pm Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $1000 within 10 miles of 1217 Broadway, Fort Wayne, IN 4682. For orders under $1000, we charge $50 for local delivery.

Deliveries are arranged on a case-by-case basis. We will contact you via the email you provide at checkout to notify you of the expected delivery time. Alterations to that time may be made through that email exchange.

Shipping follows a tiered cost depending on the cost of the purchase before tax. Free shipping for all purchases over $1000.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@aaronsfineruggallery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Orders are shipped directly to your door and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Custom orders and discounted products are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE REFUNDED. All other refunds must be received by Aaron’s Fine Rug Gallery with 21 days of invoice date to receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Products returned between 22-35 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 35 days past the invoice date.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@aaronsfineruggallery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition upon arrival. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
